About Our Director
Mr. Kiran Satpute, the Founder and Director of K7 Properties, brings over 18 years of rich experience in the real estate industry. With a strong foundation in Civil Engineering (B.E.) and an MBA in Marketing, he combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver excellence across every facet of real estate.
Before establishing K7 Properties, Mr. Satpute served as Sales and Marketing Head at Malkani Group, where he successfully led teams to sell millions of square feet of residential and commercial spaces across Pune. His in-depth understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and investor relations has been instrumental in driving consistent sales growth and long-term client relationships.
Having also worked as a Project Manager for a residential development, he possesses hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and delivery, giving him a 360-degree perspective of the real estate business — from concept to completion.
